Our bones need weight bearing activity. That means you need to be standing on your feet and taking all your weight through your body
  For every hour you are watching TV or a computer game, you need to do the same amount of activity  
 
  Our bodies are made to move! If we don't keep our bodies active we become 'unfit', this means our heart and lungs aren't as healthy and our bones and muscles are not as strong as they should be.  
  You don't have to be sporty or belong to a team to do some activity.
Think of how you can get some activity into your life.
Talk to your friends about what you can all do together.
The important thing is to find something you enjoy and stick with it.
